Moving to Singapore doesn't end your relationship with the IRS. Plenty of Americans only find that out when a notice shows up at a parents' address back home. We step in when returns are behind, a balance is growing, or an audit letter has arrived. Your case is run by an Enrolled Agent with unlimited practice rights before the IRS, who knows how Singapore pay records, CPF statements and foreign accounts map onto U.S. forms. The work is confidential and handled entirely by our own U.S. staff.

Being 15,000 kilometers from the IRS shouldn't mean being on your own with it.
As an Enrolled Agent, the founder can stand in for you on IRS notices, audits and collection matters from start to finish.
The founder works your case directly, so you don't have to explain your Singapore setup to someone new every time.
FBAR, FATCA, foreign income exclusion and credits are routine for us, along with the records Singapore employers and banks issue.
If you run a company or support U.S. government contracts from Asia, we also provide fractional CFO and GovCon accounting help.
Experienced help with U.S. tax problems for Americans living in Singapore.

Singapore generally treats you as a tax resident for a calendar year if you're physically present or employed there for 183 days or more, though there are a few concessions for stays that straddle two years. That test only settles your Singapore position. It has nothing to do with your U.S. obligations: as an American citizen you keep filing with the IRS no matter how many days you spend on the island.
Send us your question from Singapore and we'll reply during your business hours where we can.
