Yes. Past due returns can be prepared remotely as soon as we have income records, and we can pull IRS transcripts to fill in missing W-2s or 1099s. If those years show a balance, our founder, an IRS Enrolled Agent, can work out the tax resolution with the IRS, whether that's a payment plan, penalty relief or another option, as part of the same engagement.

As soon as your forms arrive, usually by early February for most individuals. If you have a business, rentals, investments or foreign income, start sooner, because K-1s and corrected 1099s often arrive late and leave less time to resolve questions. Getting going early also leaves room to plan next year's estimated payments.
